Further to the last post introducing our latest Sacred Journey, Journey Through the Five Elements in Veracruz, let’s take a look at how this journey will connect us to the energies and healing power of the elements:
Water: You will get to revel in the purifying element of water at Cascada de Texolo waterfall and Eyipantla Falls — a splendid, 164-feet-tall waterfall. You can cross a rope bridge and descend 244 steps to experience the falls face-to-face.
Earth: You will be grounded with the strengthening earth element at Cempoala, with its three intriguing rings of stone, and the amazing archaeological site of El Tajin.
Fire: You will experience the Fire element and its energizing and revitalizing powers in a Fire Dance and Fire Walk at Nanciyaga Ecological Reserve.
Air: Your spirit will soar and negative energies will be lifted away with the air element during the cleansing Limpia and Temazcal Ceremony.
Ether: You will examine the ether element by exploring history and rediscovering ancient peoples at the Anthropology Museum of Xalapa.
