Helen, My whole life I had dreamed of traveling to India but felt that it would be a difficult country to do independent travel. My husband and I are not "tour type" people and tend to flee anytime we're traveling and see a tour bus arrive. I was somewhat apprehensive about doing a tour but felt this was the best way to do India. The Tastes and Texture tour of India was right up our alley. Indian food is a favourite so an opportunity to go on a guided tour of India and also to have cooking classes was too good to miss. The fact that it was a small group sealed the deal.

Our guide, Benoy was fantastic. The trip far exceeded any expectations that I had. I have done a lot of traveling in my lifetime and have never ever enjoyed a trip as much as I enjoyed the time spent in South India. Thanks so much for organizing the trip. You did a fantastic job.
