Detailed Itinerary
|

Day 1 - Wed, May 2:
To Sedona - Welcome Dinner (D) |
Fly from your home city to Phoenix, AZ. Please schedule your airline
reservations to arrive at Sky Harbor Airport by 1PM in order to meet the shuttle
at 2PM. (Detailed instructions about where to meet the shuttle driver will be
included in your final tour package.) Depart Sky Harbor Airport and transfer
north to the beautiful and breathtaking Red Rock Country of Sedona.
Arrive in Sedona and check into your hotel in the heart of town. Open the
curtains, walk out onto the communal balcony outside your room and gaze at the
majestic scene before you. All rooms have a view! We will meet in the hotel
lobby and walk to a nearby restaurant this evening for and Introductory
Meeting and “Welcome to Sedona Dinner” at an award-winning local
restaurant with your Tour Hosts. |

Day 2 - Thu, May 3:
Airport Mesa and Bell Rock (B) |
After your delicious continental breakfast at the hotel we depart to Airport
Mesa Vortex, the only place in Sedona where you can get a 360-degree
panoramic view of the entire Sedona area. Bring your camera! AND…prepare
yourself for a potent time, as this power spot lies at the apex of a triangle
uniting three of the four main vortexes. In other words - it’s really “charged!”
Mark will share information about the geological and esoteric history of Sedona.
He and Andrea will lead an Opening Ceremony to help you begin to connect
with the magic energies of Sedona!
Return to the hotel. Enjoy lunch on your own at a nearby restaurant. There are
several within walking distance of the hotel.
In the afternoon we visit Bell Rock, the great sentinel and beacon of
Sedona’s principal vortexes. We’ll take an easy walk up on the formation a short
way and enjoy the incredible views! Remember to breathe! Here, where the upward
flowing energies assist in sending out prayers and affirmations, Andrea and Mark
will lead a Ceremony for World Peace.
Return to the hotel. Free time for rest and integration; don’t forget those
luscious sunset views! Dinner on your own. Sedona offers numerous restaurants
within walking distance of the hotel offering a variety of natural, ethnic
and/or continental cuisine. Or, you can arrange for the hotel shuttle bus to
take you and pick you up at any of the local restaurants. |

Day 3 -
Fri, May 4: Visit to Cathedral Rock and Free Time (B) |
We depart after breakfast to Cathedral Rock, one of Sedona’s most famous
vortex sites, representing beauty and spirituality for people worldwide. We will
take an easy walk to magnificent vista points. At a nearby medicine wheel,
Andrea and Mark will facilitate a traditional Four Directions Ceremony to
harness the feminine polarity that is found here, to soothe, balance and
harmonize our body, mind and spirit!
Return to the hotel. Lunch on your own. The afternoon is free to explore Sedona!
ENJOY! You might want to take a Jeep Tour, enjoy a massage, energy work session,
psychic reading, past life regression, or tarot reading. For a bit of Retail
Therapy, visit the local metaphysical bookstores or crystal shops. What goodies
are awaiting you to take them home for yourself or others? Or take in some of
the incredible paintings and sculptures at some of the finest art galleries in
the Southwest. Dinner on your own. |

Day 4 -
Sat, May 5: Boynton Canyon and Farewell Dinner (B/D) |
Our journey this morning is to Boynton Canyon, abounding in soothing and
nurturing feminine energies, where you may feel like you’re being held in the
arms of the Mother Earth! After a short walk to Kachina Woman Rock
for spectacular views of the surrounding area, Andrea and Mark will facilitate
our Closing Ceremony, a time to give thanks for all the gifts of insight,
inspiration and healing that you’ve received during the retreat!
Return to the hotel. Lunch on your own. Free time this afternoon for any last
minute activities. We gather this evening for our Farewell Dinner at a
local restaurant, a time to enjoy a delicious Southwest meal, share with each
other our visions, hopes and dreams that we will be taking home from mystical
and magical Sedona. |

Day 5 -
Sun, May 6: Depart Sedona (B) |
|
After breakfast, depart on the shuttle for Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix to
connect with your afternoon flight home. Or, depart on your own. |
